The Therapist

Michael J. Daley

As long as I can remember, when family and friends had sore spots, they wanted me to be the one who rubbed out the pain. I got pretty good at those tense shoulder and neck areas as well as keyboard weary hands & arms (my wife is a writer). I began this practice to explore whether or not I have a true vocation for using my skills to benefit other individuals in my community in need of pain and/or stress relief.

Recent comments by clients such as "...afterwards I felt aglow." "I can recommend him." "His hand massage affected my whole sense of well-being." give me confindence and should reassure you that my touch can be beneficial in your case as well. I am now entering my third year of practice and I am grateful to the many dozens of clients who have called on me to serve them.

I am focusing on providing Mobile Massage at this time since I do not have a studio of my own. All my services are well-suited to bringing to your own home, business, or lodging. I also have a portable massage table for those who prefer the total massage experience. This is a very nice experience to have in your own home. While I do not have formal training, I have benefited from the advice of a number of professional mentors over the years as well as extensive study and short courses, including "The Power of Touch" through the Windham County Career Education Center, Radical Wholeness Weekend workshop wtih Philip Shepherd, & introduction to Shiatsu at the Shiatsu School of Vermont.
